Cause 1 of 4: Your tablet hasn't been correctly set up for internet
Several functions on your tablet require an internet connection, e.g. when you use the internet browser, e.g. the internet browser, sending of email messages and installing apps.
Solution: Set up your tablet for internet.
Find "APN Settings"
Press Mobile Data.
Press Mobile Data Options.
Press APN Settings.
If you're on a pay monthly price plan, press APN and key in wap.vodafone.co.uk.
If you're on a pay as you go or VOXI price plan, press APN and key in pp.vodafone.co.uk.
Press Username and key in wap.
Press Password and key in wap.
Save data connection
Press arrow left to save the settings.
Return to the home screen
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
