Cause 1 of 2: The app is damaged or has not been updated to the newest version.
If you can't use one of your apps, the app may be faulty or it needs to be updated to the newest version.
Solution: Uninstall the app and install it again.
Press and hold the required app until the icons start to jiggle.
Press the delete icon.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
Uninstall apps without deleting app data
Press iPad Storage.
Press the required app.
Press Offload App.
Return to the home screen
