Select settings for Find My iPhone on your Apple iPhone X iOS 11.1

Find My iPhone enables you to find your phone if you loose it or you can lock it should it get stolen. To select settings for Find My iPhone, you need to activate your Apple ID on your phone.

Find "Find My iPhone"

Press Settings.

Find "Find My iPhone"

Press your Apple ID.

Find "Find My iPhone"

Press iCloud.

Press Find My iPhone.

Turn on Find My iPhone

Press the indicator next to "Find My iPhone" to turn on the function.

Turn sending of latest location on or off

Press the indicator next to "Send Last Location" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on the function, your phone can send its current position regularly to iCloud using GPS and Wi-Fi networks.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1. Find "Find My iPhone"

Press Settings.
Press your Apple ID.
Press iCloud.
Press Find My iPhone.

2. Turn on Find My iPhone

Press the indicator next to "Find My iPhone" to turn on the function.

3. Turn sending of latest location on or off

Press the indicator next to "Send Last Location" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, your phone can send its current position regularly to iCloud using GPS and Wi-Fi networks.

4. Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
