I can't take pictures with camera on my LG G4c Android 5.0.2

Cause 1 of 3: The pictures are saved in the wrong memory

The pictures you take can be saved in the phone memory or on the memory card. If there's not enough room in the selected memory, you need to change memory.

Solution: Change memory for saving pictures.

Find "Camera"

Press the main menu icon.

Press Camera.

Turn flash on or off

Press the menu icon.

Press the flash icon repeatedly to select the required setting.

Select picture format

Press the settings icon.

Press the picture format icon.

Select picture format

Press the required picture format in the camera settings column.

Select memory

Press the storage medium icon to select if pictures should be saved in the phone memory or on the memory card.

Take a picture.

Point the camera lens at the back of your phone at the required object.

Press the camera icon to take the picture.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Camera.

2 Turn flash on or off

Press the menu icon.
Press the flash icon repeatedly to select the required setting.

3 Select picture format

Press the settings icon.
Press the picture format icon.
Press the required picture format in the camera settings column.

4 Select memory

Press the storage medium icon to select if pictures should be saved in the phone memory or on the memory card.

5 Take a picture.

Point the camera lens at the back of your phone at the required object.
Press the camera icon to take the picture.

6 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
