Cause 1 of 1: The app is damaged or has not been updated to the newest version.
If you can't use one of your apps, the app may be faulty or it needs to be updated to the newest version.
Solution: Uninstall the app and install it again.
Find "Play Store"
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
Press Play Store.
Slide your finger right starting from the left side of the screen.
Press My apps & games.
Press the required app.
Return to the home screen
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
