Cause 2 of 3: Your phone's software hasn't been updated to the latest version
If you can't use Wi-Fi calling, you may need to update the phone software to the latest version.
Solution: Update your phone with the latest software.
Find "About device"
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press About device.
Update phone software
Press Download updates manually. If a new software version is available, it's displayed.
Follow the instructions on the screen to update the phone software.
