Cause 1 of 1: The message tone has been turned off
If the message tone has been turned off, there's no message tone when you get a message.
Solution: Select message tone.
Turn on notifications
Press the indicator below "Notifications" until the function is turned on.
Select message tone
Press Notification sound.
Press the different message tones to listen to them.
Once you've found a message tone you like, press OK.
Return to the home screen
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
