Find "Deactivate all"
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Call settings.
Press Additional settings.
Press Call barring.
Press Deactivate all.
Cancel all call barrings
Key in the barring password (default is 1919) and press OK.
A request to cancel all diverts is sent to the network.

Exit
Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
