Cause 1 of 1: The message tone has been turned off
If the message tone has been turned off, there's no message tone when you get a message.
Solution: Select message tone.
Press the message icon.
Press the menu icon.
Turn on notifications
Press Notifications until the function is turned on.
Select message tone
Press Notification tone.
Press the different message tones to listen to them.
Once you've found a message tone you like, press Done.
Return to the home screen
Press the home icon to return to the home screen.
