I can't send and receive picture messages on my Alcatel 1S (2021) Android 11.0

Cause 3 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive picture messages when abroad, you need to turn on data roaming.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "SIM card & mobile network"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press Roaming Mode.
