Cause 2 of 3: The screen lock is turned on

If the screen lock is turned on, you can't use the phone's screen and keys.

Solution: Turn off the screen lock.

Turn on the key lock

Press and hold the Lock key until the key lock is turned on.

Step 2 of 2

Turn off the key lock

Press the Left selection key.

Press and hold the Lock key until the key lock is turned on.

2 Turn off the key lock

Press the Left selection key.
