Cause 2 of 2: The camera isn't used correctly

To take pictures using your tablet's camera, the camera needs to be used correctly.

Turn on the camera

Press Camera.

If the video recorder has been selected, press the camera change icon to select the camera.

Take a picture

Point the camera lens at the back of your tablet at the required object.

Press the take picture icon.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Camera.

If the video recorder has been selected, press the camera change icon to select the camera.
