I can't make voice calls on my Honor 70 Android 12.0

Cause 7 of 12: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your phone to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Find "Preferred network mode"

Press Settings.

Press Mobile network.

Find "Preferred network mode"

Press Mobile data.

Find "Preferred network mode"

Press Preferred network mode below the required SIM.

Select network mode

Press the required network mode.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Press Settings.

Press Mobile network.

Press Mobile data.

Press Preferred network mode below the required SIM.

2 Select network mode

Press the required network mode.

There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your phone to the fastest network mode, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
