I can't use the internet connection on my Motorola Moto E13 Android 13 (Go edition)

Cause 2 of 4: Mobile data is turned off

To use the phone's internet connection, mobile data needs to be turned on.

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Step 2 of 5

Turn mobile data on or off

Press Internet.

Step 3 of 5

Turn mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to the name of the SIM to turn the function on or off.

Step 4 of 5

Turn mobile data on or off

Press DONE.

Step 5 of 5

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press Internet.

Press the indicator next to the name of the SIM to turn the function on or off.

Press DONE.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
