I can't make voice calls on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra 5G Android 14

Cause 11 of 12: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your tablet to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Connections.

Press the required network mode.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Connections.
Press Mobile networks.
Press Network mode.

2 Select network mode

Press the required network mode.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your tablet to the fastest network mode, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
