Cause 10 of 12: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your tablet to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Connections.

Press Mobile networks.

Press Network operators.

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" to turn off the function and wait while your tablet searches for networks.

Press the required network.

Press the indicator next to "Select automatically" to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
