Cause 1 of 2: Bluetooth or Bluetooth visibility is turned off on your tablet

Before another device can connect to your tablet, Bluetooth visibility needs to be turned on on your tablet.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth and Bluetooth visibility.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
