To update the software, there needs to be enough free memory on your smartwatch.
Solution: Uninstall apps or delete other content from the memory.
Find "Apps screen"
On your phone: Press Wearable.
On your phone: Press Apps screen.
Uninstall apps
On your phone: Press and hold the required app.
On your phone: Press Uninstall.
