I can't update the software on my Samsung Galaxy Watch7 Android Wear OS

Cause 4 of 5: Wi-Fi is turned off

If Wi-Fi is turned off on your smartwatch and on your phone, this may prevent the software from updating.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi on both your phone and smartwatch.

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Turn Wi-Fi on or off

Press the Wi-Fi icon to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the Wi-Fi icon to turn the function on or off.
