I can't make voice calls on my TCL onetouch 4041 Proprietary OS

Cause 4 of 12: Fixed dialling is turned on

When you turn on fixed dialling, you can only call predefined numbers and do emergency calls.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Find "Fixed dialling number"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Security.

Select Fixed dialling number.

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Select Fixed dialling mode.

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Key in your PIN2 and press the Left selection key. The default PIN2 is 1111.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Fixed dialling number"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Security.

Select Fixed dialling number.

2 Turn fixed dialling on or off

Select Fixed dialling mode.

Key in your PIN2 and press the Left selection key. The default PIN2 is 1111.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
