I can't make voice calls on my TCL onetouch 4041 Proprietary OS

Cause 5 of 12: Barring of outgoing calls is turned on

If barring of outgoing calls is turned on, you can't make any calls on your phone.

Solution: Turn off call barring.

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Turn on call barring

Select the required barring type.

Select Turn on and key in your barring password. The default barring password is 1919.

Select Cancel all barring and key in your barring password. The default barring password is 1919.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Call settings.

Select Call barred.

2 Turn on call barring

Select the required barring type.

Select Turn on and key in your barring password. The default barring password is 1919.

Select Cancel all barring and key in your barring password. The default barring password is 1919.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
