A Bluetooth device can't connect to your Alcatel 20.03 Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 2: Bluetooth or Bluetooth visibility is turned off on your phone

Before another device can connect to your phone, Bluetooth visibility needs to be turned on on your phone.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth and Bluetooth visibility.

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the Navigation key.

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Select Tools.

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Highlight the field next to "Bluetooth" to turn Bluetooth on or off.

Turn Bluetooth visibility on or off

Highlight the field next to "Bluetooth visibility" to turn Bluetooth visibility on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the Navigation key.
Select Tools.
Highlight the field next to "Bluetooth" to turn Bluetooth on or off.

2 Turn Bluetooth visibility on or off

Highlight the field next to "Bluetooth visibility" to turn Bluetooth visibility on or off.
If you turn on Bluetooth visibility, your phone is visible to all Bluetooth devices. If you turn off Bluetooth visibility, your phone is only visible to paired Bluetooth devices.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
