I can't play music on my IMO Q2 Plus Android 8.1 (Go edition)

Cause 4 of 4: The audio file is damaged

The audio file may be damaged which means that it can't be played. It may help to delete it and transfer it to your phone again.

Solution: Delete the damaged audio files and transfer the files from your computer to your phone again.

Connect the data cable to the socket and to your computer's USB port.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Start a file manager on your computer.
