I can't make voice calls on my IMO Q2 Plus Android 8.1 (Go edition)

Cause 5 of 11: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Step 1 of 10

Find "Advanced"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Advanced"

Press the settings icon.

Step 3 of 10

Find "Advanced"

Press Network & Internet.

Step 4 of 10

Find "Advanced"

Press Mobile network.

Find "Advanced"

Press Advanced.

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn off the function.

Select network manually

Press OK and your phone will search for networks.

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn off the function.
Press OK and your phone will search for networks.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn on the function.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
