I can't send and receive email messages on my Motorola Moto E7 Android 10.0

Cause 5 of 5: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for Exchange email

To send and receive email messages using Exchange, the phone needs to be correctly set up for Exchange email.

Solution: Set up the phone for Exchange email.

Step 1 of 30

Find "Accounts"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Create new email account

Press Add account.

Press Exchange.

Enter email address

Press the field below "Email" and key in your email address.

Press the drop down list below "Security type".

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Your name.

Key in the required sender name and press OK.

14 Select settings for retrieval of new email messages

Press Sync frequency.

Press the required setting.

15 Turn on email message synchronisation

Press the field next to "Sync email" to turn on the function.

16 Turn contact synchronisation on or off
