My Nokia 2660 Flip Proprietary OS doesn't respond

Cause 1 of 3: The screen lock is turned on

If the screen lock is turned on, you can't use the phone's screen and keys.

Solution: Turn off the screen lock.

Turn on the key lock

Press and hold the Star key until the key lock is turned on.

Turn off the key lock

Press the Navigation key.

Turn off the key lock

Press the Star key.

Set automatic screen lock

Press the Navigation key.

Select the settings icon.

Select System.

Select Backlight.

Select Timeout.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Turn on the key lock

2 Turn off the key lock

Press the Navigation key.

Press the Star key.

3 Set automatic screen lock

Press the Navigation key.

Select the settings icon.

Select System.

Select Backlight.

Select Timeout.

Select the required setting.

4 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
