No ring tone tone is heard on incoming calls on your Nokia 2660 Flip Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume is too low

For you to hear the ring tone when you get a call, the ring volume needs to be set at an audible level.

Solution: Select ring volume

Press the Navigation key.

Select Personalisation.

Select ring volume

Highlight Volume.

Use the Navigation keys to adjust the ring volume.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Select the settings icon.

Select Personalisation.

Select Sounds.

2 Select ring volume

Highlight Volume.

Use the Navigation keys to adjust the ring volume.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
