Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

Fixed dialling allows you to select which numbers can be called from your device. When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only make calls to your fixed numbers and to emergency numbers. Incoming calls aren't affected. Follow these instructions to turn fixed dialling on or off.
