If you're using a POP3 email account in your email application on your computer, you can also set it up on your phone. Follow these instructions to set up your phone for POP3 email.
Please note that these instructions are based on a POP3 email account. If you have a web-based email account, such as Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail or Gmail, you need to use the settings for web-based email. Click here for information on how to the set up your phone for web-based email.

Press Secure connection.

10. Enter email account name

Press Account name.
Key in the name of the email account and press Done.
Press Next.

11. Enter email address

Press Email address.
Key in your email address and press Done.

12. Enter username

Press User ID.
Key in the username for your email account and press Done.

13. Enter password

Press Password.
Key in the password for your email account and press Done.
Press Next.

14. Select server type

Press Server type.
Press POP3.
Press Save.

15. Enter incoming server

Press Incoming server.
Key in the name of your email provider's incoming server and press Done.

16. Enter outgoing server

Press Outgoing server (SMTP).
Key in the name of your email provider's outgoing server and press Done.
