I can't make voice calls on my Sony Xperia 5 III Android 11.0

Cause 12 of 12: Fixed dialling is turned on

When you turn on fixed dialling, you can only call predefined numbers and do emergency calls.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Find "Fixed dialling numbers"

Press the phone icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Calling accounts.

Press the name of the SIM.

Turn on fixed dialling

Press Activate fixed dialling to turn on fixed dialling.

Key in your PIN2 and press OK. The default PIN2 is 1111.

Press Deactivate fixed dialling to turn off fixed dialling.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Fixed dialling numbers"

Press the phone icon.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press Calling accounts.

Press the name of the SIM.

Press Fixed dialling numbers.

2 Turn on fixed dialling

Press Activate fixed dialling to turn on fixed dialling.

Key in your PIN2 and press OK. The default PIN2 is 1111.

3 Turn off fixed dialling

Press Deactivate fixed dialling to turn off fixed dialling.

Key in your PIN2 and press OK. The default PIN2 is 1111.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
