I can't send and receive picture messages on my TCL onetouch 4041 Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 4: Mobile data is turned off

To send and receive picture messages, you need to turn on mobile data.

Find "Connectivity"

Press the Navigation key.

Turn mobile data on or off

Select Data connection to turn mobile data on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Connectivity.

Select Data connection to turn mobile data on or off.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
