Divert calls to alternative number - Vodafone Smart First

If you can't answer your calls, you can divert them to another number.

Step 1 of 15

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the phone icon.

Press the Menu key.

Press Settings.

Press Voice call.

Select divert type

The current settings are displayed.

Press one of the following options:
Always forward

Forward when busy

Select divert type

Forward if unanswered

Select divert type

Forward if unreachable

Divert calls to alternative number

Key in the required number.
If you selected Forward if unanswered in step 2, you need to select a delay for the divert:

Press the drop down list below "Delay".

Press the required delay.

Press Enable.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1. Find "Call forwarding"

Press the phone icon.
Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.
Press Voice call.
Press Call forwarding.

2. Select divert type

The current settings are displayed.

Press one of the following options:
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward if unanswered
Forward if unreachable

3. Divert calls to alternative number

Key in the required number.
If you selected Forward if unanswered in step 2, you need to select a delay for the divert:
Press the drop down list below "Delay".
Press the required delay.
Press Enable.

4. Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
