Synchronise the contents of your Apple iPad Pro 12.9 (2021) iPadOS 17 using iCloud

You can synchronise the contents of your tablet using iCloud enabling you to access the contents from different devices or restore them if you lose your tablet. To use iCloud, you need to activate your Apple ID.

Press Settings.

2. Synchronise files

Press iCloud Drive.

Press the indicator next to "Sync this iPad" to turn file synchronisation on or off.

If you turn on file synchronisation, the files on your tablet, such as presentations, spreadsheets, PDF files and other kinds of documents will automatic be synchronised with other devices using Wi-Fi.

If you turn off the function, press Turn Off Syncing iCloud Drive.

If you turn on the function, all new pictures on your tablet are synchronised with other devices via iCloud.

5. Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Press iCloud Drive.
Press the indicator next to "Sync this iPad" to turn file synchronisation on or off.
