If your tablet gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All configurations you've made are deleted.

Step 1 of 7

Find "General"

Slide your finger left starting from the right edge of the display.
Press Settings.

Press Change PC settings.

Press General.

Press "Get started" below "Remove everything and reinstall Windows".

Press Next.

Press Fully clean the drive.

Press Reset.
Wait while your device restores the factory default settings.
Follow the instructions on the display to set up your tablet and prepare it for use.
