The PIN protects your SIM from unauthorised use if your tablet should get stolen. You can change your PIN to a PIN easier to remember of your choice. Remember, you need to turn on use of PIN.

Find "Change SIM card PIN"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your tablet.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Change SIM card PIN"

Press Lock screen and security.

Press Other security settings.

Find "Change SIM card PIN"

Press Set up SIM card lock.

Press Change SIM card PIN.

Change PIN

Key in your current PIN and press OK.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. You can get the PUK by dialling 191 from a Vodafone mobile phone. If you're using a land line, you need to dial 03333 040 191.
Please note:
If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Vodafone.

Change PIN

Key in a new four-digit PIN and press OK.

If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. You can get the PUK by dialling 191 from a Vodafone mobile phone. If you're using a land line, you need to dial 03333 040 191.
Please note:
If the wrong PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM will be blocked permanently. In this case, you need a new SIM from Vodafone.

Change PIN

Key in the new PIN again and press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Find "Change SIM card PIN"

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
