No ring tone tone is heard on incoming calls on your Alcatel 20.03 Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 2: The ring volume is too low

For you to hear the ring tone when you get a call, the ring volume needs to be set at an audible level.

Solution: Select ring volume

Press the Navigation key.

Select ring volume

Press the Left selection key.

Select Custom.

Select Adjust volume.

Select the required setting.

Press Navigation key up to turn up the ring volume.

Press Navigation key down to turn down the ring volume.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Profiles.

Select General.

2 Select ring volume

Press the Left selection key.

Select Custom.

Select Adjust volume.

Select the required setting.

Press Navigation key up to turn up the ring volume.

Press Navigation key down to turn down the ring volume.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
