I can't connect to another Bluetooth device from my Apple iPad (9th Generation) iPadOS 18

Cause 2 of 7: Bluetooth is turned off on the other device

To connect to another Bluetooth device, Bluetooth needs to be turned on on the other device.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth on the other device.
