I can't send and receive picture messages on my Apple iPhone 11 Pro iOS 18

To send and receive picture messages, mobile data needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on mobile data.

Press Settings.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
