I can't start my IMO Q2 Plus Android 8.1 (Go edition)

Cause 2 of 6: The phone lock code is turned on

When the phone lock code is turned on, it needs to be keyed in every time you turn on your phone.

Solution: Turn off phone lock code.

Find "Security & location"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Security & location"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Security & location"

Press Security & location.

Create phone lock code using a pattern

Press Screen lock.

Create phone lock code using a pattern

Press Pattern.

Create phone lock code using a pattern

Slide your finger across the screen to connect at least four points and press NEXT.

Create phone lock code using a pattern

Repeat the selected phone lock code and press CONFIRM.

Create phone lock code using a pattern

Press the required setting.

Create phone lock code using a pattern

Press DONE.

Turn off use of phone lock code

Press Screen lock and key in the current phone lock code.

Press None.

Press YES, REMOVE.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Security & location"

Press Security & location.

2 Create phone lock code using a pattern

Press Screen lock.
Press Pattern.
Slide your finger across the screen to connect at least four points and press NEXT.
Repeat the selected phone lock code and press CONFIRM.
Press the required setting.
Press DONE.

3 Turn off use of phone lock code

Press Screen lock and key in the current phone lock code.
Press None.
Press YES, REMOVE.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
