I can't use the internet connection on my MobiWire Oneida Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 4: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for internet

Several functions on your phone require an internet connection, e.g. the internet browser, sending of email messages and installing apps.

Solution: Set up your phone for internet.

Select the menu icon.

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Select Mobile network.
Select Access point names.

2 Create new data connection

Select the add icon.
Select Name.
Key in Vodafone Internet and select OK.

3 Enter APN

Select APN.
Key in wap.vodafone.co.uk and press OK.

4 Enter username

Select Username.
Key in wap and select OK.
wap

5 Enter password

Select Password.
Key in wap and select OK.

6 Enter country code

Select MCC.
Key in 234 and select OK.

7 Enter network code

Select MNC.
Key in 15 and select OK.

8 Select authentication type

Select Authentication type.
Select None.

9 Enter APN type

Select APN type.
Key in default and select OK.
default

10 Save data connection

Press the Left selection key.
Select Save.
Select the field next to the data connection to activate it.

11 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
