Cause 1 of 1: The message tone has been turned off

For you to hear the message tone when you get a message, the message tone needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on the message tone.

Press the message icon.

Turn on message notifications

Press the indicator next to "Allow Notifications" to turn on the function.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Sound & Vibration.

Press Message Tone.

Press the required message tones to hear them.

Once you've found a message tone you like, press the Return key.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press Notification Management.

2 Turn on message notifications

Press the indicator next to "Allow Notifications" to turn on the function.

3 Select message tone

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Sound & Vibration.

Press Message Tone.

Press the required message tones to hear them.

Once you've found a message tone you like, press the Return key.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
