I can't charge my Samsung Galaxy Book Windows 11

Cause 2 of 3: There is dust or dirt in the charging port

If there's dust or dirt in the charging port, this may block the connection between the charging port and the charger and thereby preventing the battery from charging.

Solution: Carefully clean the charging port using compressed air and a cotton bud or something similar.
