I can't send and receive picture messages on my Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G Android 11.0

Cause 4 of 5: Data roaming is turned off

To send and receive picture messages when abroad, you need to turn on data roaming.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data roaming ‹SIM›" to turn the function on or off.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
