Cause 1 of 3: The Wi-Fi connection is poor
If the Wi-Fi connection is poor, you can't pair your smartwatch with your phone.
Solution: Complete the pairing and setup of your smartwatch in a place with good Wi-Fi connectivity and make sure that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on on your phone.
