Cause 3 of 5: There is not enough power on the battery
If the battery on your smartwatch doesn't have enough power, the software can't be updated.
Solution: Charge the battery to at least 50 percent.
Charge the battery
Connect the charger to a wall socket.
Place the back of your smartwatch on the magnetic charger allowing it to click into place.
When the battery charging icon is displayed, the battery is charging.
