I can't play music on my Samsung Galaxy Watch3 TIZEN OS

Cause 2 of 5: The headset isn't working

If you can't hear music on your smartwatch, it may be due to a faulty headset or that the headset hasn't been connected correctly.

Solution: Check that the headset is correctly connected to your smartwatch or try again with another headset.

Press the Home key.

Press the settings icon.

Press Connections.

Press Bluetooth.

Turn on Bluetooth

Press Bluetooth to turn on the function.

Pair a Bluetooth headset with your smartwatch

Press Bluetooth audio.

Pair a Bluetooth headset with your smartwatch

Press the required Bluetooth headset.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Bluetooth"

Press the Home key.
Press the settings icon.
Press Connections.
Press Bluetooth.

2 Turn on Bluetooth

Press Bluetooth to turn on the function.

3 Pair a Bluetooth headset with your smartwatch

Press Bluetooth audio.
Press the required Bluetooth headset.
Your Bluetooth headset needs to be turned on and be ready to connect via Bluetooth.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
