My TCL 306 Android 12.0 doesn't respond

Cause 2 of 2: The screen lock is turned on

If the screen lock is turned on, you can't use the phone's screen and keys.

Solution: Turn off the screen lock.

Turn on the screen lock

Press On/Off.

Turn off the screen lock

Press On/Off and slide you finger across the screen.

Set automatic screen lock

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Set automatic screen lock

Press the settings icon.

Set automatic screen lock

Press Display.

Press Sleep.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
