I can't use the internet connection on my TCL 60R 5G Android 15

Cause 3 of 4: Data roaming is turned off

To use the phone's internet connection when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Network & internet"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Find "Network & internet"

Press Network & internet.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the name of the SIM.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Roaming Mode".

Press the required setting to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Network & internet"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Network & internet.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the name of the SIM.

Press the indicator next to "Roaming Mode".

Press the required setting to turn the function on or off.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
