My TCL onetouch 4041 Proprietary OS doesn't respond

Cause 2 of 3: The key lock is turned on

If the key lock is turned on, you can't use the phone's screen and keys.

Step 1 of 2

Turn on the key lock

Press and hold the Star key until the key lock is turned on.

Step 2 of 2

Turn off the key lock

Press and hold the Left selection key until the key lock is turned off.

Press and hold the Star key until the key lock is turned on.

Press and hold the Left selection key until the key lock is turned off.
