Cause 2 of 3: Your router is set to use the wrong network mode

If you've set your router to use a low data speed network mode, the speed of the internet connection may be low.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

End the data connection

Click the indicator to end the data connection.

Find "Network Selection"

Click Settings below the data connection.

Click Network Selection.

Click the drop down list.

Click the required network mode.

Click Apply.

Reestablish the data connection

Click the settings icon to return to the home screen.

Click the indicator to restore the data connection.

Click the indicator to end the data connection.
To change network mode settings, you need to end the data connection.

2 Find "Network Selection"

Click Settings below the data connection.
Click Network Selection.

3 Select network mode

Click the drop down list.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your router to the fastest network mode, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.
Click the required network mode.
Click Apply.

4 Reestablish the data connection

Click the settings icon to return to the home screen.
Click the indicator to restore the data connection.
